1.Who we are
"Dataurora" is operated by Angelina Trofimova and Alevtyna Vasiutina (the "Operators"). At present, no legal entity has been established; this notice will be updated once that status is finalised. For privacy matters, write to contact@dataurora.io.
2.What we collect
- Access logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) collected automatically by our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure (Static Web Apps), for security and operational purposes.
- No cookies are set by Dataurora itself.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no ad networks, no third-party trackers.
- We do not currently operate a sign-up or waitlist form, so we collect no name, email, or other personal data you submit. If that changes, this notice will be updated before any such collection begins.
3.Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Hosting access logs: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure, reliable service.
4.How we use your information
- Access logs: security, abuse prevention, performance debugging.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA, except through Microsoft Azure (data residency: westeurope — Netherlands).
5.Third-party processors
- Microsoft Azure (hosting) processes access logs as a data processor under the Microsoft DPA.
6.Retention
- Access logs: 30 days by default at the hosting layer.
7.Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16) — request correction.
- Erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion.
- Restriction (Art. 18) — request processing be paused.
- Portability (Art. 20) — request transfer in a machine-readable format.
- Objection (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without effect on the legality of prior processing.

8.Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Poland: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
9.Changes
We update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
